Care Giving Financial Assistance. Care Giving is financial assistance allocated for rental, utility, transportation, and medical needs.  Clients must have proof of income and participate in budgeting classes with HOTEL INC’s Financial Literacy Counselor.

Drop-In Center. Tuesday – Friday, 9:00am – 12:00pm. Our Drop-In Center is located at 1005 Boatlanding Road and provides basic services and case managers for people experiencing homelessness. Clients may receive mail at HOTEL INC. We provide phone message services for homeless clients. Computers are available in the Welcome Room. Showers are available and include basic toiletries/towels. Laundry service is available. Homeless Resources such as sack lunches, sleeping bags, blankets, winter wear, tarps, hygiene items, and more are available for homeless clients.

Manna Mart. Manna Mart is HOTEL INC’s food pantry committed to providing nutritionally balanced and seasonal local foods. Manna Mart is open during the following hours: Tuesday, 10:00 am–12:30 pm AND 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm. Thursday – Friday, 10:00 am–12:30 pm

Financial Assistance. We help as many as possible but assistance is limited. Call 270-782-1263 to see if you qualify for a financial assistance appointments. Anyone who is needing assistance for rent/utility deposit will need to attend a financial literacy class on Wednesdays at 3:45 to begin services. Tuesday: Transportation/Medical appointments. Thursday: Rent/Utility Deposit appointments. Friday: Birth Certificate/State ID appointments. These opportunities are listed next to the entrance board in the front office and can be discussed with your Navigator.

Homeless Outreach. Homeless Outreach provides a simple meal, medical care, and resources at the Riverwalk Park and mobile locations on Tuesday from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Riverwalk Park is located at the walking bridge between Louisville Rd. and Old Louisville Rd. Street medicine is available during that time for clients with physical or mental health concerns.

Advocacy Program. The Advocacy Program helps assess the needs, provides any immediate care if necessary, and works with the individual or family to create a plan toward overcoming their obstacles.

Community Store. Our Community Store is a thrift store serving the downtown community and the greater Warren Co area. The Community Store sells clothing, home items, kids items, and more for affordable prices. Mondays – Fridays 9 AM – 4 PM. Saturdays 10 AM – 4 PM

Jobs for Life. Jobs for Life is a bible-based job training program that helps individuals prepare better for a job. Along with Biblical principles of work, students learn to interact with local business leaders in business round-tables and mock interviews, learn about resume, interviewing and networking skills.

Faith and Finances. The Faith and Finances course provides opportunities for individuals and families and help them learn the key principles of managing money, helping them take an active role in healing the brokenness in their lives. It also gives them the joy of using their money to further God’s Kingdom.

Ready to Work Shuttle. Hope House offers Ready to Work Shuttle to give workers the opportunity to get to and from work at affordable costs. It runs up to 6 times a day to the Louisville Road Transpark.
